Iliza Shlesinger

 Iliza Vie Schlesinger, born February 22 1983 is an American actor, comedian and executive producer. She was the winner of the show on NBC's Last Comic Standing 2008 and has since hosted the syndicated dating show Excused as well as the TBS show Separation Anxiety.

 In 2017, Shlesinger was the host of her own talk show at night called Truth and Iliza on Freeform. [5] As of 2022, she has released six comedy specials for Netflix. Netflix began her sketch comedy show The Iliza Shlesinger sketch Show in April 2020.

 Iliza Vie Shlesinger was born in New York City to a Jewish family. [6] She was born in New York City to an ethnically Jewish family. The family relocated to Dallas when she was young. She was a student at Addison's private Greenhill School, Texas where she was a student of Spanish and was a part of the school's improvisation team.

 Shlesinger appeared on ComedySportz Dallas. She also attended the University of Kansas her freshman year. She was also a participant in Semester at Sea. She then transferred to Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts where she earned a degree in film, refined her editing and writing skills and joined one of the campus' comedy sketch groups Jimmy's Traveling All Stars.

 After college, Shlesinger relocated to Los Angeles to pursue stand-up comedy. She was one of the most famous members of the Whiteboy Comedy troupe of standup comedians from Los Angeles. It brought her to The Improv in Hollywood.
